So it's 2012 huh? Ready to ride it out to the apocalypse XD

I feel like I haven't updated since my Lestat ramblings, so I thought it was about time.

Artwork wise, I've been shooting out portraits, and I did a drawing of The Joker and an OC for a friend for Christmas, I sent it to her and didn't scan it in because I didn't want anyone using it for anything since I drew it specifically for her, I doubt that would have happened but I didn't anyway. I took all my sketches to my great grandmothers today and my moms' side of the family looked through all of it.

A bit of good came out of that.

My cousin's husband's brother-in-law (if that make's sense, he was married before), is an artist in Massachusetts and my cousin's husband said he was going to put a word in to him because he works in movie poster design and such. It made me kind of proud that maybe my art was worth something to someone somewhere. I mean I know I'm not the best, I try and I enjoy what I do, but to have someone actually tell me that my drawings are good and worth interest means alot to me.

Cosplay wise..eh, still on hiatus cause mom and dad refuse to give me money for it, and I don't know really when I'll be able to get back to anything of that sort. I did get B a new wig, so I just need to re-style that and get it ready for whenever I get to wear him again. But other than that nothing else.

Christmas was amazing, I got Arkham City and that's all I've been playing for the most part, and it's gotten me back into a Batman mood, Batman has been in my life for as far back as I can remember, but oddly, my favorite character is The Joker, and after Dark Knight was released I felt invaded by all the newbs who only got into J for Ledger, but now I just laugh at them, as is expected. Haha. But when my cousin was playing Batman in our grandmother's salon cape, I had her purple blazer on playing Joker (cause my little cousin was born then and I shoved Robin's salon cape at her), we grew up watching The Animated Series and the wonderfully cheesy movies with Michael Keeton, George Clooney and etc.  When I got old enough to discover the comics and value them for what they were I started reading them, saw the new movies, then picked up J in 8th grade to my roleplay arsenal, oddly he's had such an effect on me I was told I act like him XD I still don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing.

Anyway, enough nostalgia. This is an update I suppose
